I am extremely passionate about the development of everyone I touch, regardless of community or background.  My passion is to create as many leaders as possible and you can always count on me, my products, and my services to help accelerate the careers of all.  I see your development as my development; for me, this work is personal and I take a lot of pride is seeing you transform into a new, confident, and strong leader.

The LLC Experience

The on-demand Latino Leadership Club (LLC) is a unique and exceptional career development experience for anyone who wants to accelerate in the workplace.  This program will strongly position you to boost your confidence, your leadership capability, your network, and your career like never before – we focus both on the Latino culture, mindset, as well as skillset.

Gone are the days where you don’t have access to an incredible leadership program.  My goal with the LLC is to provide a mass scale solution and ensure everyone has a fighting chance to develop themselves and to reach their full potential…and all at an affordable price ($200 introductory price per person).  My mission is to help as many people as possible by providing critical leadership experiences and insights on things you need to do to be effective and efficient in driving your career.  This program will provide structure and demystify the leadership development process; it will provide you with exactly what you need to do to begin to operate differently, in the workplace or at your university as you get ready for the workplace.

The LLC is a game-changer for everyone who’s looking to take the career to the next level.  By the end of the program, you will be a different leader who will be turning heads.  I look forward to hearing about your development!
